Suzanne Tracht, creator of the popular JAR restaurant in Los Angeles, has launched Tracht’s in the newly renovated Renaissance Long Beach Hotel. Experience Tracht's deftly prepared signature steaks, roasts and braised specialties served with inspired sauces and side dishes. The menu, with appeal to a wide audience, also features seasonally designed appetizers, salads, and home style dessert.
