Suzanne Tracht, creator of the popular JAR restaurant in Los Angeles, has launched Tracht’s in the newly renovated Renaissance Long Beach Hotel. Experience Tracht's deftly prepared signature steaks, roasts and braised specialties served with inspired sauces and side dishes.
